Please keep in mind that standard ground shipping prices will vary due to your location from our place of business. We are unable to ship to addresses outside the continental United States or post office boxes. Out-of-stock items may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks delivery time. Hand embellished designs will take longer due to their uniqueness and style.

Returns or exchanges on full price merchandise are accepted by mail w/ original receipt within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All sale items are final– no exceptions. Please shop carefully. Before sending any product back, you must email returns to returns@sehagarmandesigns.com to receive a return authorization number (RA#), that number should be printed on the package underneath the return address to insure acceptance. The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the order total (–) minus shipping expenses. No exchanges, simply return and reorder. s.e. hagarman™ DESIGNS are not responsible for the lost or damaged packaging en route to us.
